Terms of sale, delivery and returns

Prints on this website are sold by Ryan McIntyre trading as AbstractPosterCo.These terms apply to physical prints bought on this website. Digital downloads are sold through our Etsy shop, under Etsy's terms.

When you place an order we'll email to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we email to confirm your order is accepted. If we can't accept an order, for example because of a pricing mistake, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax we're required to charge. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay. You pay in full when you order.

Each print is made to order by our printing partner, in the same region as you where possible, and sent straight to you. Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Colours can look slightly different on screen and on paper.

Our artwork is designed in our studio. AI image tools are part of how we make it, and every piece is then edited and prepared for print by us.

• UK and US: free tracked delivery.
• EU, Canada and Australia: £4.99 per order. Rest of the world: £9.99 per order. The charge is shown at checkout.
• Orders to countries outside the UK, US, EU, Canada and Australia may have import duties or taxes set by that country, which the recipient pays.
• We aim to dispatch within [X] working days and will email your tracking link. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll put it right.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Message us on Etsywith your order number, then send the print back within 14 days of telling us. Our prints are made and sent by our print partner, so we'll email you the returns address to use. It needs to be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the print back (or proof you've sent it). You pay the cost of returning it unless it arrived damaged or faulty. Our standard prints are chosen from our range of sizes and finishes, so they aren't personalised and this right applies to them.

Custom prints (your cocktail, star map, city map or pet portrait) are made to your details, so the right to cancel doesn't apply once you've approved the proof. You can still cancel for free any time before that.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. You won't usually need to send it back. This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All artwork on this site is ours. Buying a print gives you the print to enjoy; it doesn't give you the right to copy or sell the design.

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts. Questions about an order? Get in touch.
